My career has taken me from restaurants, to nightclubs, cocktail bars, dive bars, and the odd pub, with professional training in wine, spirits, beer, cider and mixology across the UK and parts of Australia.

Alongside years of bar management focused on quality, consistency and efficiency, those experiences shaped the standards The Bar UK is built on today.

The team behind The Bar UK hasn’t been assembled overnight. Every bartender has been personally selected by myself, from the many talented professionals I’ve had the privilege of working alongside throughout my career. They’re trusted colleagues who share the same passion for hospitality, attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
